The line between helpful and obnoxious is very thin and we decided on a more progressive and experimental roll-out.
  In this first stage, the behaviours are limited to popping up unobstrusive reminders when you appear to have forgotten all about Vitamin-R and it is quite easy to completely miss their existence.
